At Wiggs Studio, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that purchasing wigs online can be challenging, which is why we offer a transparent and fair return policy for our U.S. customers.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all tags and hairnets intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been tried on, styled, cut, washed, or altered in any way.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or special-order wigs.

Clearance or final sale items.

Any product showing signs of use, damage, or removal from original packaging.
How to Request a Return

Contact Us First – Email us at support@wiggsstudio.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Approval & Instructions – Our team will review your request and send you return instructions.

Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Inspection & Processing – Once we receive the return, items will be inspected. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the item is defective or sent in error.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive another item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
