2. How do I choose the right wig size?
Most wigs come in a standard cap size that fits head circumferences of 21–23 inches and include adjustable straps for a secure fit. You can also find detailed size guidelines on each product page to measure before ordering.
3. Can I style or heat-treat my wig?

Synthetic wigs: Heat-resistant only up to the temperature listed in the product description. Always use low-heat tools.

Human hair wigs: Can be straightened, curled, and styled just like natural hair. For best results, limit heat styling to extend the life of your wig.
4. How do I care for my wig?
Brush gently before washing. Use shampoo and conditioner made for wigs, rinse with cold water, and let the wig air-dry on a stand. Avoid friction, harsh brushing, and high heat to keep your wig looking fresh.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within the time frame outlined in our U.S. Return Policy. Wigs must be unused, unworn, and unaltered, with original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been tried on or worn.
6. How long does shipping take within the U.S.?
